How to Request a Return or Exchange

- We will review your request and provide instructions for shipping your item back.
Returns

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn and in their original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Please retain tracking information — we aren’t responsible for lost packages.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your item for another product, email us with the details above.
- Item(s) may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery & must be unworn and in its original condition.

Customers are responsible for shipping the original item back to us.

Once we receive the returned item and confirm it’s in acceptable condition, we will ship the replacement item to you at no cost.
Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label.

Refunds or replacement items will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.
