We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how returns and exchanges work:

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  • To start a return or exchange, please email us at queentcouture@outlook.com with the following information:

    • Order number (you can find this in the confirmation email we sent you after purchase)

    • Item(s) you wish to return or exchange

    • Reason for return or exchange

  • We will review your request and provide instructions for shipping your item back.

Returns

  • Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn and in their original condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Please retain tracking information — we aren’t responsible for lost packages.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Exchanges

  • If you’d like to exchange your item for another product, email us with the details above.

  • Item(s) may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery & must be unworn and in its original condition.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping the original item back to us.

  • Once we receive the returned item and confirm it’s in acceptable condition, we will ship the replacement item to you at no cost.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrived damaged or defective, we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label.

  • Refunds or replacement items will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.
